Christmas Tree Collection Service
We are pleased to offer a local collection service for residents of Fairford Leys to dispose of real Chirstmas Trees. Our Grounds team will be able to collect your tree from outside your property on Monday 15th January 2024. Once collected all the trees will be mulched down and then used on our local parks and parkland, helping fertilise the ground.
We are charging £5 a tree for this service.
To book your collection, please see the following steps;
Complete the form below registering your address and letting us know how many trees you will need disposing of.
Once you have completed the form, please visit the Community Centre in the square to make your payment (£5 per tree) in cash. When payment is received your booking is confirmed. Payment must be made by Friday 12th January 2024 at the latest.
Make sure to leave your tree(s) outside of your property for the morning of Monday 15th January 2024 so our team can collect it.

Information you should know:
Please make sure the tree is free from any decorations as we wont be able to take it if its still decorated.
This service is only available for properties on Fairford Leys.
If you do miss the collection date, we may not be able to return to collect the tree.
If you need to cancel after you have paid, please visit the Community Centre to request this no later than Wednesday 10th January 2024. You will need to provide your receipt given at the time of payment and then we will provide a refund.
