How to book We strongly advise that you book 3 - 6 months in advance. Phone or email the centre. Give details of the event - wedding, christening, party etc. Give the date and time you would like to book the venue, included in this time should be set-up of the room and any deliveries ie. balloons, disco and caterers arrival. Unfortunately, access cannot be gained outside your booked time. Then give your name, address and daytime telephone numbers. A booking form will then be sent to you, together with fire evacuation procedures. Once a signed copy of the booking form and the 25% deposit are received your booking is then confirmed. An invoice will be sent to you for the remainder of the account, which should be paid 1 month prior to the event. A member of staff will be on hand throughout your function.
